Salmonid Population Monitoring Coordinator
Michelle started with the MSG as an Americorps Watershed Stewards Project Member in 2012. She hails from Santa Barbara, CA and got her undergraduate degree in Physical Geography and Geology at UCSB. She is a project co-coordinator for the winter field season spawner surveys and a field technician for the summer juvenile dives. She also coordinates the Summer Steelhead dives and is the person to contact if you are interested in volunteering for the Summer Steelhead Dive. When her head isn’t in the water looking for fish she enjoys one pot cookery, yoga, attempting to surf and a good whimsical novel.
